Warut "O" Woratham (file photo)CHIANG MAI: Former actor Warut 'O' Woratham, 49, is in an intensive care unit in Mae Rim district on Monday morning after falling unconscious at home in Hang Dong district and being resuscitated twice. Relatives rushed him to Hang Dong Hospital and he was later referred to better-equipped Nakornping Hospital in Mae Rim. A fan named Nat was quoted as saying that Warut had suffered diabetes and been stressed with work. His maid, identified only as Khamdee, said Warut had often fallen ill but the latest incident was the most serious. According to earlier reports, the once very popular actor had drinking problems, separated from his second wife and son and later ran a restaurant in Hang Dong.
